【Electrical Signature Analysis (ESA)】
By analyzing current and voltage signals from control panels, we detect anomalies in motors, generators, gearboxes, and bearings — non-contact and without shutdown. As the authorized distributor for Framatome EMPATH (ECMS) and MotorDoc EMPOWER (MCSA) in Japan, Thailand, and Laos, we offer complete wind turbine diagnostics from blades to gearbox and generator — all from the tower base. No nacelle access required.
【Vibration Analysis & Tribology】
Diagnostics are performed by ISO-certified specialists: ISO Category III Vibration Analyst and ISO Category I Tribologist. Structural anomalies, misalignment, and lubrication degradation — invisible to ESA alone — are identified through vibration and oil analysis. The combination of ESA and vibration analysis enables simultaneous evaluation of both internal electrical condition and mechanical structure.
【Motion Amplification (MA Camera Contract Diagnostics)】
Using Motion Amplification technology, we visualize micro-scale structural vibrations invisible to the human eye. Resonance, looseness, and imbalance root causes are identified through amplified video analysis.
